Nike's NYC flagship required a new visual language that could align senior leadership around an ambitious vision for the future of retail. My focus was on bridging digital and physical environments through visualization and brand storytelling at a global scale.

I introduced VR and real-time rendering into the design workflow, directing a multidisciplinary team of designers and vendors through new technical pipelines. This modernized the prototyping process and enabled faster, more decisive executive alignment across a two-year development cycle.

The finished flagship set a new industry standard, and became the global blueprint for how immersive design and digital infrastructure can shape how a brand occupies space.
