NikeLab was meant to feel less like a store and more like a curated extension of Nike's performance laboratory. The challenge was building a premium environment for the brand's most exclusive collaborations that could also scale globally.

Working within a three-person team, I developed a new architectural language through modular fixture systems and experimental materials, while leading the visual storytelling that distinguished NikeLab from Nike's broader retail identity.

The concept launched on a single day across NYC, London, Milan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Paris. It proved that a high-concept experiential system could scale across six markets without losing its edge.
