Developed in parallel with the NYC flagship, Shanghai 001 required its own visual and spatial narrative while staying aligned with the broader House of Innovation vision.

I led the visual design team and external partners across a two-year parallel build, introducing new digital tools and workflows that kept global stakeholders aligned across both projects simultaneously.

The synchronized global debut proved the House of Innovation as a scalable platform, connecting global brand strategy to regional execution at a massive scale.
